I checked 3 stars being I had a "not so good experience," with waking up to overflowed coffee and coffee grounds on my kitchen counter several times, with at least two replacement coffeemakers. The best cup of coffee by far!
Control panel easy to operate. Easy to clean. I would suggest a countertop roller tray. (Helps with cleaning and filling.) I love the 14 cup carafe!
Brews in a timely manner. The options for regular or bold flavor is wonderful for saving coffee as well as having that perfect cup. The1-4 option makes excellent small portions. The adjustable temperature setting for the plate keeps the coffee at the optimum level.
You can’t go wrong with this pot.
Cuisinart’s customer service is excellent. This pot is a replacement for a Cuisinart pot that died too soon. Cuisinart’s EXCELLENT Customer service had my replacement at my door in less than a week.

Works good for small pots, but anything over 8 cups we end up with grounds in the coffee. I have to stop the brew cycle for a few minutes half way through and then it is fine.
