I am extremely disappointed because I bought this coffeemaker in October, 2020 and it is already broken. It is leaking water from the bottom and I don't even use it every day. When I look at other reviews on line I see that I am not the only one with this problem. Now I'm supposed to chase around to find a place to get it fixed and so far I can't even find a place close to me to take it. I'm also a senior citizen so thanks Cuisinart for making things so difficult.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

got this cuisinart for a great deal. love the 14-cup capacity. at first when brewing coffee there were grounds in the coffee but after adjusting the amount of grounds used, that solved the problem . easy to set up and program. i cannot live without a good coffee maker and this fits the bill.
