Died after about five or six years. I struggle to get a good tasting cup of coffee out of this, but I bought another one anyway because I don’t really want to spend time and money experimenting with other coffee makers. The black color makes it impossible to see you if the water reservoir needs cleaning or not.

It needs to be emphasized that the coffee beans need to be ground medium-fine so coffee doesn’t run over the filter & not drain properly.

We love this coffeemaker. Makes great coffee. Beeps 5 times when finished brewing and twice when it turns itself off in two hours. Received as a gift and really love it. Does have steams coming out the top so we pull it out from under the cabinets while it’s brewing.

The coffee maker is good but not outstanding. The pour rim still allows coffee to dribble out of the sides when the quantity in the carafe gets low. It is the same when pouring water from the carafe into the top of the coffee maker. It is harder to place the carafe into the right position to ensure it is seated properly during the brew cycle. With all this being said, this is by far the best drip coffee maker I have seen on the market.
