This coffee maker is easy to use. We very rarely make a full pot and the coffee taste delicious even when just making a few cups. I think the unit is very attractive sitting on our counter.

This coffee maker replaced our newish Mr. Coffee maker and there is absolutely no comparison!
First, we are latte drinkers so we especially appreciate the low-medium-high burner plate setting. Lots of cream calls for an extra hot burner plate. We love this feature!
Next, the auto-set and programming is simple and quick to use so making coffee for the next morning is quick and easy as is the initial setup.
Next is the design of the machine. It's stainless steel base fits nicely with our other stainless appliances and it doesn't take up too much counter space.
The 14 cup pot- what can i say? We are 3 adults who love our coffee so the extra 2 cups is a bonus!
Lastly, the only thing we don't care for is that you have to completey remove the lid on the carafe in order to rinse it out. There is not a "hinge" like most carafes. This slows down the process a bit. This is why I didn't give 5 stars. Otherwise, it's a great coffee maker and
