Makes good coffee, keeps warm at right temp. Only quibbles: 1) Pouring water into the reservoir, it's easy to get some into the coffee basket. 2) It's hard to get the last drops of brewed coffee out of the carafe because of the plastic lip. And of course, all that plastic is in itself not a good thing! I would pay more for a machine with significantly less plastic.

This is a very dependable coffee maker....They finally fixed the coffee pot's spout from leaking when you pour it. The only thing I don't like is that the clock's blue light is on all of the time.

We bought this coffee maker to replace a cuisinart we had for years. Cuisinart has improved the design of pouring water into the reservoir, it is now easier to fill because the lid opens all the way. The option of temperature of the carafe is wonderful. All of the features are great and makes very good coffee.

Good coffee maker that is easy to program and makes good tasting coffee. Nice details like water filter, and programable auto shut off. Only drawback is a clacking sound while it brews the coffee that can be a little load.
