Great product, I love it! I do wish that it had a simple on/off button and I don’t care for the carafe lid because it opens backwards from others I’ve had. I do love that it makes 14 cups and it looks very sleek and modern.

This is a replacement for one that lasted 10 yrs.,and actually was still working except we had to push the on button several times to get it going. Love the large size of this one and the ability to regulate it's temperature.
