Gets the job done, but not my preferred model

Works ok, but doesn't keep the coffee hot for very long. The lid to the coffee pot doesn't flip up, so it makes it hard to pour and fill. Preferred my Mr. Coffee.

We are long time users and like the reliability and quality of the coffeemakers. The "gold" filter that is included is a nice perk (no pun intended). The temp control is also as good option and overall a good solid product! We love coffee, so this is a critical kitchen component.

Easy to program and works well. Filling the water reservoir using the carafe is a bit awkward, especially for a lefty, but overall, an excellent coffeemaker. Very pleased with the purchase.

I love everything about this coffee-maker. It is fast, hot, and makes wonderful coffee. I like the fact that it comes with the permanent filter, BUT you can use the #4 paper cone ones. I like the fact that you can press a button and make it BOLD (I do like BOLD coffee). I like the heft and shape of the carafe, and that it makes 14 cups if I want them (I never do, but I like the fact that I could. AND I LOVE THE COPPER COLOR!

Love this coffeemaker. I like really hot coffee and it is the best I have ever owned. It makes a great cup of coffee. It turns itself off at two hours or other choices you can make.
