My Cuisinart is the best coffee maker I have owned. It is easy to use and the brewed coffee is so good. The options are just enough to brew coffee as I like or need. If you need to call customer support you will be surprised by their expertise and willingness to help

I love the pot. The 4-hour warming setting keeps the coffee HOT for 4 hours without making the coffee taste stale. Its the first time in 15 years that I have bought a coffee pot with a glass pot rather than a thermal pot. The glass pot actually keeps the coffee hotter than the thermal pot. I love it!
