We have had Cuisinart coffee makers before and this model seems like a substantial upgrade & improvement from the others we’ve had. Love the 14 cup capacity, the lift off carafe lid, the bold button and water filter!

Only used it for a few weeks now. It works very well. the only bad thing i noticed was a clicking sound behind the buttons. maybe a malfunction. but i would still buy it again because i need coffee
