This is my second one. I bought one and it leaked with in 3 months. They replaced it fast and for free. I love that it’s 14 cup. Customer service was fantastic. Will continue to use.

When it comes to large capacity coffee makers, this is the only game in town. And it excels at making a good cup of joe and keeping it hot. The only addition that I could suggest is an auto-off feature that is adjustable. When alone, two hours is not long enough to go through a pot this large!
