I love this coffee pot. It replaced a Mr. Coffee and there is no comparison. The Cuisinart makes much better coffer with no bitterness. I highly recommend it.

The Cuisinart Coffeemaker I am rating is a replacement to the one I bought about a year ago. This is the third Cuisinart Coffeemaker I have owned . This review is not so much about the great Coffeemaker as it is to the great company behind the coffeemaker. I had an issue with my Cuisinart 14 cup Programmable Coffeemaker and called Cuisinart for help.. I was pleasantly surprised with the fast resolution of my issue. The coffeemaker was replaced at once , at no charge to me. No question, no if, ands ,or buts. This is very unusual in today's environment. Thanks Cuisinart.

Works great except that it is a bit of a chore pouring water in to tank without spilling
