This is my 4th Cuisinart. The first lasted 3 months. The second lasted 1 yr to date. The 3rd which i bought as a present is over a year and still working. I had the Dcc 3200 then the Dcc 4000 and now back to the Dcc 3200 Sure am paying the price for these makers! Still coming back to them. When they work they are the best!

The Cuisinart 14-cup Programmable Coffee Maker is my first venture away from the traditional percolator. Prior to selection I studied Consumer Reports and individual consumer reviews and weighed the various observations against my own positive experience with a variety of this manufacturer’s small appliances. Of greatest concern to me: quality of brew, efficiency and dependability of appliance performance. I rate this Cuisinart coffee maker five stars in both criteria. I particularly like the flexibility of brew sizes. I have experienced none of the negatives I’ve read in some reviews.
