This coffeemaker is very quick at brewing a pot of coffee. Whether brewing a full 14 cups or a half of a pot, it brews perfectly every time. I love this coffeemaker. It is actually the same size as the 12 cup model. It also looks very nice. I am quite pleased.

I found it a little difficult to figure out how to set it up but once I did I loved the coffee maker. I especially like the reusable filter and the charcoal filter. The bold or regular brew choices also nice. The coffee maker seems to be well made and I’m hoping it lasts for some time to come. I’m very pleased with this purchase.

This coffee maker was replaced after the first one stopped working while still under warranty. Cuisinart offers a much longer warranty than other companies of small appliances. The replacement process was so easy. I simply sent my receipt via email; sent in the cord and a few days later my replacement arrived. In addition to great customer service, the maker is easy to program and holds 14 cups - larger than most.

I love this coffee maker! I love that it makes 14 cups instead of the usual 12 and the it keeps the coffee hot for hours after making it. I like the look of the coffee maker and that it doesn't take up a huge amount of counter space. I love this coffee maker so much that I bought a second one!!
