This new unit replaces a 12 cup Cuisinart coffee maker that gave us many years of reliable service. It is w good looking, well constructed machine that will give us many, many years of excellent coffee. When we did our comparisons with the many other coffee makers, The Cuisinart stood out as a great value.

Warming plate got very rusty very quickly. Looks like h___ and not heat conductive.
