My wife and I have wanted to switch back to a drip from instant cups for awhile now. We couldn't be happier with the quality and the ease of this model. The coffee taste is so much better than the instant cup style. I also really like the reusable filter.

One of the best coffee makers I have ever had the only bad thing I would have to say is the coffee isn’t very hot when I make the 14 cups I wish the coffee was hotter

I have been using it for over a month now. You can control if you want your coffee brewed normal strength or bold. What I really like it the carafe temp control. Want you coffee to stay fresher longer, use the low setting, coffee is still hot but drinkable. Taking coffee on the road and want it to stay hot longer, use the hot setting. Auto brew timer works great, easy to use. I wish coffee makers would have daily setting capability for the days I start at different times. Not a knock on this product, just a convenience wish. I replaced a new, very expensive Delonghi with this due to it taking forever to brew the coffee, the coffee was way to hot and tasted burnt from the get go.

I got tired of french pressing every morning. The cleanup was becoming quite a chore. So, I bought this and it's super easy to clean. It brews great coffee and has not programmable features.

The last Cuisinart coffee maker I owned lasted for 21 years! It was remarkable how consistent and reliable it was! So I decided to replace it with the upgraded version of the same coffee maker. I love the fact that this one has a 14 cup carafe, and fits into the same space as the old one. It’s worked flawlessly so far, As expected. I’m a Cuisinart customer for life.
