I bought this coffee maker about a month ago and was impressed from the very first pot. The mechanics of the coffee maker are near perfect. The brewed coffee is excellent, robust, and NO bitterness.

I bought this to replace a rather simple Mr. Coffee. The coffee tastes much better made with this maker so I am happy that I bought it. The hardest thing to get used to was to be careful before starting to brew. Seating the brew basket solidly is critical or the maker will overflow and fill the carafe with grounds. It took us a few failed pots before we got used to it.
The temperature options for the coffee are really nice. I like my coffee very hot!
