I have had this for a couple months now, and it's awesome.... the features are great, especially being 14 cups and programmable.... enough for morning coffee and to fill my Stanley thermos to take with me. The coffee turns out really good and the carafe plate setting is great as we like it to stay really hot so we keep it on high setting, but great to have different options. So pleased with this purchase.

I got this amazing coffee maker for my birthday. It makes up to 14 cups! The water filter makes my favorite coffees taste perfect . I control the temp and the boldness also. It even has a button to turn off the beeps that tell you when the coffee is finished brewing. It's absolutely perfect and it's made by cuisinart so I know it'll last a very long time. I love it.

Bought this based upon reviews and the price and the fact that our carafe for our ancient Braun had an accident. It would have cost us more to replace the carafe than what a new coffee maker would have cost.
After a month of consistently delicious coffee my husband and I have both agreed that the old carafe broke none too soon. We love our new Cuisinart coffee maker.
We love the features, Auto On, Auto Off, Temp Select, Bold flavor Select, Coffee is done beeper, and the fact that you have the option to turn them off and on and adjust at will.
In the reviews that I read, a few owners mentioned that the carafe was difficult to empty completely as a recess just behind the beak caught about a half tsp of liquid. I suspect that this may have been done intentionally in order to catch any grinds or sediment that may have worked past the filter, more so the included screen than a paper filter. Nonetheless, the important thing being is they stay in the carafe and they don’t become a ‘tasty’ last drop in the bottom of your mug.
