Excellent but I only give it 4 stars because I previously had a 12 cup one which is actually better. The 14 is too much water for the size of the maker. It floods the filter holder and coffee grinds get everywhere! So I still just fill it to 12 cups.

Recently replaced the 5 year old Cuisinart 10 cup, although it was still working. This new 14-cup model is a little wider and not as tall. We rely on auto brewed coffee in the am and this coffeemaker has never disappointed.

My first one would not produce the same amount of coffee for water added. The second does the same thing . The water evaporates so im waiting for the third one. We'll see

This coffee maker produces the perfect cup of coffee, strong and hot, as per my preference. Simple set up and 1-4 cups plus Bold options ensure that every single cup is great. I also need slightly less of my extra fine grind coffee to get the desired effect. Highly recommended.

We recently had to discard our old coffee maker of a different brand, and after some online research we ordered this new unit. It seems excellent, especially for the price compared to some other brands that may be more 'image' than value. Although we just use the basic features for daily brewing, this unit has options that may be useful for other occasions. The 14-cup capacity is beyond our daily need but will be great when we have company. The controls are very easy to use. It is quiet and brews quickly. The filter basket is a great feature, and unlike our old unit we do not have to worry about an overflow due to the basket not being snapped into place. We use paper filters too, but if we run out it will be nice to be able to brew coffee without them. The clock feature is easier to set than our old machine. In summary, this is a great machine at a very good price, and thus a good value.
