I’ve had several Cuisinart coffee makers and they have all had some flaws which I complained about but Cuisinart must have listened to their customers because they fixed everything with this model. I love it especially the top lid and how easy it opens to pour in the water and put the coffee filter and grounds in. We drink lots of coffee and just had to have the 14cup maker so THANKS Cuisinart for getting it right. We highly recommend this product!!!

I previously owned a Cusinart thermal carafe coffee maker for years. Loved the coffee, the thermal carafe and the bronze color. When it came time a few weeks ago to replace it (rusted out on bottom) it was a no brainer to replace it with another Cusinart. I had reservations about the glass carafe but the 14 cup capacity and new color helped me overcome it. So happy I did! The coffee is great and the serving temp is perfect!

We really like the larger pot, but wish the lid was attached and hinged like most others.
A few of the first pots did not complete, the water just overflowed in the basket at the end of the brewing cycle, even though it beeped indicating it was done. It has been fine since the first week.

I love this coffee maker, I had a Capresso for 20 years prior. Only negative is it's a little tricky pouring the water in when you just woke up. Minor issue, I hope I get 20 years out of this one.

This model replaced an earlier 12 cup. Makes excellent coffee along with the option of making it hotter unlike previous models. Personally I would like it EVEN hotter! But this is clearly an improvement on an already great coffeemaker. Very pleased overall with the performance and ease of use and frankly wouldn't consider any other brand for the price and over all quality.
