I bought this a few months ago. The features are nice and I wasn't looking for anything special. Parts under the lid will get some deposits and are not easy to clean.

I like the looks of the coffeemaker. I like the controls above the carafe. The carafe is pretty heavy when full. I didn't think about that when I chose a 14 cup. I didn't realize when I bought it that the lid on the carafe has to come completely off to fill it with water to pour into the coffeemaker. Probably work better to use another container to put the water in with.

We love the coffee pot very much but find it extreamly difficult to program. There are to many steps to get it program. My husband and I are older and it gets confusing trying to get it set. We just put the coffee in the pot and brew it.
