I bought this coffeemaker ten months ago, and I am relatively happy with it. It's effortless! There's no doubt! But I'm afraid those who consider themselves coffee addicts will find the coffee weak, watery, or too light. Even if I push the "bold" button, I hardly notice a difference. I, personally, only dring watery coffee, so this coffeemaker is just my number! On the other hand, my husband always complains... Besides that, I would add that I always spill water when I'm pouring it into the coffeemaker. My guess is the pincher is too bulky making it hard to incline to turn the last drop into the water tank.

I've had the Cuisinart coffeemaker for a month now. Could not be happier. I know: how can you get excited about a coffeemaker? The design is elegant but very functional. There is a button to add extra pizzazz to small brew quantities, and there is another button to make a brew more bold. Don't need the timer, so can't comment on it except to say it appears well-designed. On top of everything else, it just plain looks good on my counter without being a behemoth. Highly recommended.
