I received this this for Xmas. Best coffee maker I have ever owned. The only flaw is filling the reservoir, is awkward. The other features are very convenient and the coffee tastes great is always hot.

I'm so happy I chose this coffee pot! It quietly brews up to 14 cups which is needed in our house where EVERYONE loves their coffee. The ease of setting it up is appreciated. My favorite feature is the brew timer; set the time you want your coffee ready, push the button before you go to bed and wake to your hot coffee ready when you open your eyes!!!
