This is the 3rd one just like this I have owned. The same thing happ ens alot. I have to clean it quit often or it really slows down. I always change the filters etc. Mine never last over a year. I do love the features.

Bought this after ditching my keurig and I don't regret it one bit. Quality coffeemaker for a decent price. Love the stainless steel trim, and clean design. The carafe is sturdy and the water does not spill like most Mr. Coffee carafes. I love the brew pause feature. It's so convenient, especially when I'm running late. Overall I love this coffeemaker. I would have rated it 5 stars, but it is tricky getting the lid on the pot which seems to be a design flaw. The pot also sits loosely on the hotplate. It makes great coffee, and I love the sleek style and features!
