As mentioned already in a different review, the charging port cover came off and is now lost. Personally I would like to see the switches moved to the tail to like a tail cap switch. This would make the searching functionality easier. When I use it to search, it does not feel “right” to hold it like current design. Overall I enjoy the brightness, the slim design and how it fits on my pocket, and the battery life. Won’t be disappointed with this EDC!

Bought mine on ebay, as they had the best price for the black PRO version. I love the USB-C charging and what I thought was a pocketable form factor. The mode select and locking system are great, this is feature COAST needs to add to all of their professional series of lights. If I'm searching a room I NEED a light that turns on/off IMMEDIATELY! Not a light that cycles thru 3 useless modes.
I mentioned pocketability, I typically carry a knife in my right pocket, so I figured this could be a simple replacement. The SLAYER is both too long and slightly too thick to feel comfortable or even to stay in your pocket. The clip is not moveable on mine, so if you are a lefty its not going to work for pocket carry.

The charging and light output are great. This light will stay as part of my kit but will end up in a bag, not a pocket.

I’m impressed like always, love coast products. I honestly thought I ordered the red light slayer but I guess not. With that said the light is bright and functions like it’s supposed to, can’t beat the lifetime warranty.
