One awesome light!

This is a great new Coast light. This light has an awesome beam and multiple light setting also. It fits in your front pants pocket comfortably like a folding knife.

Portable,easy to use near perfect EDC from Coast

Expectations are always high on a new product and the Slayer from Coast nearly checked all the boxes.Portable ,rechargeable,comfortable,easy to carry and use. Brightness levels excel with one caveat,turbo mode showed some excess heat but not to make it unconfortable.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Extra Bright and Durable

I am an aircraft mechanic for my occupation - this light is constructed well - very bright for use outdoors or in an enclosed area - small profile doesn't take up any room in my tool bag or use the belt clip and always have it nearby

Very impressed with this unit so far and am looking forward to getting some work out of it. The Slayer looks, feels, and performs amazing for an EDC, in your pocket light.

Interesting having a square design

It was interesting having a squared design flashlight. I wasn't sure how I would like it. It's a really cool design for EDC and keeps a great charge so far. I like the power levels, turbo level, and definitely the programable extra power button. For me, it will still be an EDC, but some not so great things.

Awesome pen light alternative

I’m a pen light junkie. My go to is the HP3R. That light has taken a beating and has stood the test of time. However, I really like this slayer light for a couple of reasons. The shape is like a pocket knife and since I slip it in my front pocket like one, it’s very natural to reclip it in my pocket. The other big bonuses are the memory button for recalling the last beam and the light intensity with range of beam choices. I think it’s easier than constant focusing I use on my other lights.
I used it for the week and definitely would give it the thumbs up. I use my pen light daily and often enough to deplete the charge on them within that day. If the battery goes flat before my day ends, I’m not going to give it a green light or recommend it. This one runs very strong throughout the day and so far been awesome!
Would love to know others thoughts about the shape. I personally have begun to like it.
