Compact bright light. The second momorized powe selection switch is great. You don't have to cycle through other settings to get to your desired brightness.

The SLAYER is an Incredible flashlight in a small, light, well designed package. The rectangular shape prevents the SLAYER from rolling if set down on a sloped surface. The switch which stores your preferred beam setting is innovative as is the rechargeable, internal battery. USB cable charging provides may option to power the recharge process. Finally, 1030 lumens provided in Turbo mode is a fantastic feature.

Very nice light that is very bright and easy to carry. Very simple to charge. It was a bit difficult to operate at first as it did not want to switch modes. I finally found that the mode button is a "hair trigger". You must press and release quickly or it stalls and does nothing. The On/off is not as touchy. Since there were no instructions included it was trial and error.

Purchased this month and was disappointed in this unit. Light is bright but has weak distance, no magnet which I wasn't sure it would have, just assumed, my fault. The light is over priced for the size and what you get in my opinion. Bought if for my father so we will see what he thinks. This is the first light I have been disappointed in, love all my other Coast products.

I am now using this as my Everyday carry flashlight. It's wider than my light powered by 2 AAA batteries. However, it is much brighter and has a range of light pattern so I can choose the power consumption. The shape is easy to hold, but I often find myself looking for the on switch in the finger grooves. Will just need time to get used to it. I definitely recommend this light.
