Was fairly easy to put together considering I am 67 years old. Looks really pretty I only wish they were made to hold a larger size bottle of wine.very satisfied.thank you.

Besides getting lost in shipment. The customer care team sent me another one and it was delivered in 2 business days. Great quality! I love it! Easy to put together as well.

I ordered another one a year ago, wanted another ordered the first one I received got something cheaper and harder to put together.? Once together and once I put wine in it, it became sturdy.

Directions don't match product.

It was kind of a pain to put together at first. I needed my son to steady it while I assembled the "bones" of it, but once I got that done, it was easy. The directions included were for a different item so I had to kind of figure it out myself.Once assembled, it is really cute and fairly sturdy. I like that it has a locking mechanism. Just add a pad lock and you're good too go.

I like my wine jail. It is a perfect for my wine collection. The assembly was challenging and it was missing some screws. Luckily my husband had some that fit.
