[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the galaxy z flip 6 mint green for about 5 months now I absolutely love the health features as well as the galaxy AI. Which is an amazing program. The battery pretty much lasts me all day. I use my flip for multiple things including online shopping, online games, social media, talking photos and videos, streaming movies, etc. It functions appropriately until just recently it started giving me problems with the fingerprint scanner with not recognizing my fingerprints and now it says I have to register my fingerprint again bc the data is corrupted! But wont allow me to re do the print just keeps telling me to restart my phone if it continues but restarting doesntbso anything!! Thats the only issue I have which is fairly annoying!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having explored options from other phone manufacturing companies, I found Samsung's AI keyboard to be particularly user-friendly. It allows for greater control over user preferences, unlike some alternatives. The only suggestion I would offer Samsung is to reinstate the languages that were previously available.

Cool phone, grear camera, design needs work..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have wanted this phone since I saw the first one come out. Love the "flip phone" concept. It's great for me because I always somehow find my previous phone slipping out of my pocket any time I move. With the flip having it closed it fits nicely in my sweatshirt pocket or jeans and doesn't fall out. It's got a great quality camera and video camera. Love the galaxy AI features.
Now for the reason it only got 2 stars.... I have had to replace it 2 times due to, according to what the people at the phone company said, problems with the screen in which the inside screen (main phone screen when open) stops working for no apparent reason. I've treated each phone wit so much care to make sure nothing happened to it because it is rather expensive, but the screen still has the same issue. First time I had the phone for about 3 months then it had a black spot that appeared out of nowhere and just got bigger and bigger until the whole screen was black. Then the next one started flashing yellow like a strobe light about 5 months after I got it , did that for a week which made the inner screen useless for the whole time then was perfectly fine for about another month then the black spot came, it started flashing again and the inner screen was gone. Like I said, there was no damage to the screen, it jus started to not work out of nowhere which was very disappointing especially for the price I paid for the phone. I'm very grateful they replaced it, but I hope they work on that issue.
