Stopped working properly after 3 months

easy to use, but espresso isn't very strong and it stopped working properly after a few months
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Don’t do it!

I should have listened to other reviewers who said it would work well for a couple of months and then fail. It started to leak and had to return. The return process has not been easy. I had to upload videos of it malfunctioning and then spend hours on the phone with people I could barely understand. Still waiting on refund. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more for a better machine.

Easy, no pods!

I have been using this nonstop for the past two weeks since purchasing! No more single use espresso pods and just as easy. The design could be improved if the drip tray cover also fit the base - instead larger mugs and cups sit awkwardly - minus one star for that miss. Also if this machine were able to dispense additional hot water for an americano, then this would be my go-to for more than just espresso.
We were so happy with the first, but so tired of swapping out caffeinated and decaffeinated beans at the office that we bought a second.
I would recommend this to a friend!

waste of money

worked fine for 2 months, then after that, it doesn't grind enough coffee, and leaving water in the portafilter, more water than the espresso cup itself. I should have believed the reviews I read before buying. It is a piece of junk, do not buy.

Barista style espresso with your own fcoffee beans

I have been looking for this type of espresso machine for years & it does not disappoint. Purchased about a month ago & its quality, fast espresso in minutes with little effort. Cleanup is minimal & I can use my favorite coffee beans! No wasted money on pods & delivery fees

Cheap, pure plastic, bad

Purchased with the idea of an “upscale” espresso brew from fresh ground beans. No adjustment for the powder (fine - coarse), no adjustment on dose of powder, spring to move filter in brewing position stopped work ing properly after few weeks, the coffee was also very watery after few weeks, ended up tricking the machine with two cycle of double grinding to obtain just 7 grams. Tried to reach out support via email and website with no viable answer other than, you can try to call. Ended up purchasing a more professional machine with just few more dollars.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
