First impressions

For first look the laptop is nice, I鈥檓 starting to not like it. It take almost a whole day to charge the laptop and the sound doesn鈥檛 work. The sound is so grainy and it鈥檚 been like it since I got it. I should have returned it when I got the chance. Also I never got the Christmas wrapping paper.
