[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dad is 89 and loves using this in his garden. It was a Father’s Day gift and he said his favorite things about it is how easy it was to put together (from a man who doesn’t read the ‘destructions’), so light for him and he can easily take the outer blades off/on to get around plants that are closer together. He can’t walk well and always needs a cane in one hand so he uses this with one hand and cane in the other. He loves it so much that he even washes it off after each use and wishes he had it years ago. My mom says he’s like a kid in a candy shop when he’s getting ready to go ‘weed’ the garden. She also said he has to tell everyone about it.

After a good experience with Greenworks 80 volt Cordless Snow Thrower, I decided to add the tiller. Previously I tilled my yard garden by hand but not as often as I needed to do so.
My issue are tree roots from the street boulevard that come up from below ground creating a thick matt filling my raised beds and stealing the nutrients from the vegetables planted there. This tiller does the job well using its own weight and pulling it through the plots of thickly matted soil and roots using multiple passes as directed. I needed to stop and remove the roots wound around the tines every couple of passes, but that was not too difficult. The size and weight it perfect for the 6' x 8' raised beds that I plant in.

Fresh out of the box today, I was able to rough out two 18' rows on tough, dry, virgin land... 60V 4A battery lasted a little over an hour. For it's size and price, this thing is a work horse for small projects. The only issue I have is that the handle is too high. I'd love it more if the handle was adjustable.
