[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 9 days ago. First Greenworks product. Reasonable instructions and easy to put together. nicely compact and easy to store vertically or horizontally. All the necessary nozzles to complete just about any job. Hose and sprayer accessories have convenient places to store them onboard when not in use.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used it a couple times so far and it works well enough for basic cleaning jobs like driveways and siding. It definitely has more power than cheaper electric models I’ve used in the past, but it’s also heavier and a bit awkward to move around. Setup was easy and the attachments are decent, though the hose could be better quality. For occasional use, it gets the job done, but I’m not sure it lives up to the hype. Time will tell on durability.

Hello Hollow. Thank you for choosing Greenworks Tools for your lawn care need. We would love a follow up review when you have a chance to use the pressure washer a few more times. Here are some tips to ensure longevity of the unit. Always unplug your pressure washer before any maintenance. 1. Clean the nozzle. Regularly check and clean your pressure washer nozzle to remove debris that can affect water pressure and spray pattern, soak in a vinegar solution if necessary. 2. Drain excess water. After each use, run the pressure washer for a brief period with the trigger pulled to clear any remaining water from the system. 3. Check for leaks. Inspect all connections, including the hose, wand, and nozzle, for any signs of leaks and tighten as needed. 4. Use appropriate detergent. If using a cleaning solution, choose a pressure washer-safe detergent and follow the manufacturer's instructions for mixing and application. Important points to remember. 1. Do not use hot water. Greenworks pressure washers are designed for cold water use only. 2. Avoid harsh chemicals. Never use bleach, ammonia, or other corrosive chemicals in your pressure washer as they can damage the internal components. 3. Check the water intake filter. Regularly check and clean the water intake filter to prevent clogs. 4. Inspect the power cord. Ensure the power cord is not damaged and has proper connections. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best electric pressure washer I have ever used, much better than my old 2000 psi model that finally kicked it after 10 years
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After struggling for years to start my gas pressure washer, I purchased this electric pressure washer. Did a great job and so nice to just push a start button.
I bought this last year and used it twice for about an hour each time. When I started it up this year it worked for about 5 minutes and then the spray hose connector fitting broke at the pump. As it's a part of the pump itself, it's not replaceable. I won't be wasting any more money on Greenworks products.
Pros: Quiet

Hello SaDs. We are sorry to hear of this experience. There may be a broken spray hose connector fitting on your pressure washer is a damaged O-ring or a worn-out quick-connect fitting. These can be replaced relatively easily. If the pressure washer is subjected to freezing temperatures or is to be stored or left unused for ANY period longer than thirty days, the unit should be stored properly. This is called “winterizing”. The term is somewhat confusing because your storage period may or may not happen in cold temperatures or even during winter. Nevertheless, this procedure is strongly recommended to be done every time the unit may sit for longer than thirty days without being used. Whether stored inside or out, heated space or cold, winter or summer. This keeps the unit from freezing and, very importantly, it keeps water from drying out inside the pump and leaving behind very harmful deposits. These deposits will act like sandpaper in the seals the next time it is used and could damage a piece of the brass. This also keeps any parts from rusting or oxidizing which may destroy your pump. We would recommend contacting us through Live Chat on Greenworks Tools website or call 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS). So, our experts can discuss your experience; please have your unit with you along with the model and serial number to complete troubleshooting to ensure quick resolution is provided.
