Actual product is so far so good. The nozzles are great.
It's quiet compared to gas powered ones but still has the intensity of one.

Weak design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] @nd pwer washer. first had a reel and the water connector to the hose reel broke. Bought GPW2000-1RG to replace it. 1st use excellent, 2nd use was normal then pressure dropped, pump sound changed to a whirring sound, Checked filter, clean, Restarted several times, same low pressure and whirring sound, Waited on service phone for 45mins, no agent, tried chat, was cut off while typing.
Pros: Easy to Use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
