[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this yesterday to power wash my front patio. We were on the fence on whether we rent or buy a power washer. I am so happy we bought!!! This machine packs a punch. Cleaned the concrete with ease. Highly recommend. Very easy to put together.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This power washer works great on everything. Perfect amount of power for washing my house and vehicles.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the unit. I used it once for several hours. I attempted to use it again and GFCI will not come on. Not pleased at all with this problem.

Hello Ewsjr369. We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your pressure washer. Your review is not detailed enough for us to know what the issue is, but we will try to cover all bases. Here you will find some troubleshooting suggestions for you to try. Cleaning Obstructed Nozzles: To clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to fail to function normally. Removing Air from The Line / Bleeding Out the Unit: Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit. Lastly, ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 45PSI. There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water going into the unit and prevent proper pressure. If you have tried these steps and are still experiencing issues, you can start a Live Chat on www.greenworkstools.com or contact Greenworks at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS). All we ask that you have access to the unit so that we can complete troubleshooting with you and gather necessary unit information, and we will be happy to assist with the warranty claims process. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and look forward to speaking to you.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent power for home, sidewalks, patio. Quiet and efficient to where power washing is no longer dreadful. Couldn’t be more happy!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have previously owned gas and electric power washers before, but the Greenworks model I purchased really handled my jobs. I’ve never owned a pressure washer which was so easy to set up, yet powerful enough to complete my jobs. Wish I could have found Greenworks earlier. Then I would not have wasted money on power washers that were unreliable. Thanks Greenworks!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this on prime day and I am very happy I did! Far better than any other electric power washer I have owned!
