Works perfectly for my Netherland

Works perfectly for my Netherland dwarf. She is just the right size i wouldn't put a bigger bunny in here. The wood isn't very sturdy but is seeming to hold up fine outside. My main complaint is be careful moving it around the yard because the screws that hold the ramp in place will rip out with one or two moves just from the weight of the ramp hanging in the air. I think its do to the fact its such soft wood. However I was expecting having to make a few modifications with this price being so cheap. The divider for the nesting area is very thin (but I dont think the bunny cares) and once the roof is on you don't notice it. We will see how it with stands winter!

It would be nice if you put the type of wood your hutches are made of. Soft wood is not good for Rabbits. It can cause liver damage if they eat it. Rabbits chew on everything they can get into their mouths. You might consider changing the type of wood you make them out of. I would not have bought it if I had known it was made of pine. I didn't think about it at the time of purchase. I do love the style. My rabbit seems to also.

I love this 2 story hutch. The best feature is the all access 4 door front. The back is solid for great shelter from wind. I extended their area with 2x4's and rabbit wire so they can cone out and have a little yard. The only thing I would change is to be able to block at the top of the ramp if mama has bunnies and we need to keep dad downstairs. Otherwise great buy

Everything was as it should be, all pieces were labeled clearly, the instructions were easy to follow. Assembly is easy. My brother put it together in about an hour.
