Very Difficult To Assemble

I’ve been trying for weeks to put this easel up. I asked someone who was more skilled than me to do it and he couldn’t do it either. I gave up and continued painting on the floor.

I haven't had a chance to use it much, but I played around with the various configurations. The parts move smoothly and the materials seems sturdy. I expect I will get some wonderful use out of this.
