Now I can enjoy my new phone!

I wanted to be able to listen to audio books on my new phone. My daughter said you need a "dongle". I went to Bestbuy and they didn't have one, but nice saleswoman made enquiries and ordered one online for me and it was delivered in a timely fashion.
The equipment is about 8 inches long and inserts one end in phone and other end to my ear buds. It's now working well and I can listen to my audio books. Cost about $11.00.

It’s perfect for what I need it for. Not sure what I will do when the earphones fall apart..won’t need the adapter then.

Half Volume on Android Devices

This device has an issue with the majority of Android devices in that it only outputs 50-60% of the actual volume that it is capable of. This is due to Android not supporting direct hardware volume control of the adapters DAC.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
