Not good at all

Humidity was all over the place. I've used Boveda for years and it's been fine in keeping things stable, but when used in this unit it fluctuated from 95% -60%. Needless to say, some gunk started to form on the cigars. Really not worth the risk at all.

I Really Like this Humidor, but Don't Love it.

Works very well and holds temp and humidity well. I'm not using the built in humidification, just Boveda packs, but it holds rock solid. My biggest beef is how loud it is. The compressor is constantly cycling and is annoying in a quiet space. You get use to it, but I hope they address it in a future release.

Have had this about 2 weeks and it's fantastic! The only complaint I have from keeping this 5 stars is that it's very noisy. Fan noise, gurgling noises, and an odd clicking. Unfortunately the only spot I can keep this is in my bedroom so that part is taking some getting used to. As for functionality I couldnt ask for more. Holds RH and temp right where I want it. Just wish the unit was much quieter.

This is an amazing picture of equipment. Keeps steady averages both temp and humidity. Only drawback is the loud valve that makes noise from time to time. Otherwise, I'd buy another one if needed.

Very thankful for the quick responses from the support team. It seems I have a defective unit keeping the humidity from reaching a desired 68-70RH. Alai in support is working with me to replace broken unit and is extremely responsive! It also appears they listen to their customer feedback on the product because my unit DID NOT have the shelf dividers which is AWESOME. Thank you support team for making this customer happy again :)

This humidor is the perfect size for my collection of cigars. Protecting my investment with this humidor was a great choice. The display shelves, lighting, and glass front look really nice in any room of the house. The capacity surpasses many other humidors in this price range. I would definn be Italy recommend this unit.

Inconsistent humidity, noisy and doesn't fit "840"

Like many others, I wanted to love this unit. Ascetically it looks awesome. Unfortunately the only reason I bought it was for long term aging and storage, temp and humidity control. I was going to get the Remington but liked how compact and clean this looked, along with the NewAir reputation. I can not get the humidity to read properly or stay consistent. I followed all directions from day one and even re-did everything per the direction of customer service. I have 3 hygrometers and each reads different and about 10% less then what it is set at. The unit also makes many clicking noises which I've gotten used to but does get annoying when watching a movie or something. Lastly the only way your fitting anymore than 300 cigars is in zip lock bags. I have mine stacked but then they end up falling all over when trying to get something from the bottom, I'm fairly OCD and have given up trying to keep the organized. You won't be fitting boxes in here. I did call NewAir and the said they would replace the unit, but they are out of stock... still. I can't return it. I really love the way it looks and fits but I think they need to tweak this a little.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
