I love this addition to my bar!! It's a perfect step up to the bar, my cigar collection and it looks beautiful. Everyone asks me about it and I love showing it off too

The product itself is great. The shelving was damage during shipment, but it was an easy fix with a staple gun. I would recommend this product, but with better packing to keep the shelving from shifting and falling apart.

The most trusted name in humidors.

When you visit Newair's website their mission is clearly stated and a bold one; "To be the most trusted name in compact appliances." I've been smoking cigars for 15+ Years and have owned a number of humidors, and the reality is most of the time this statement couldn't be further from the truth. FINALLY have found the truth. I selected the 250 count humidor with opti-temp heating and cooling. The immediate separation of this humidor from its competitors is the heating source. I live in a region where the seasons change regularly and the constant changing of heating and air conditioning really takes a toll on the humidor where just a cooling fan doesn't cut it. This humidor always holds its temperature within 1 degree of the thermostat. The seal on this box is tight. I run a separate hygrometer with it and it's usually spot on with the built in hygrometer. An added bonus is a lock that keeps the seal tight and secure from sticky fingers after your prized blends. If I could make only one change it would be the addition of lighting throughout the humidor. Always appreciate being able to see the contents of each shelf. This appears to be the direction they're heading in as I've noticed more lighting on the larger humidors. To conclude I'm very pleased with this addition to my cigar humidification needs and would highly recommend to any serious aficionado!!

OK at first

6 months in, terrible RH and temp control. Cant get above 62 RH unless I use an 85 Boveda. 65 degrees. Unit set to 71. Properly seasoned. Not worth the money.

Easy to use, set it and it is good to go

My wife got me this for an anniversary present. It has made my life much easier. The cooling and heating option is great. I never have worry about the temperature outside or in the house.

I love that I can control temp inside to a desired temp to keep the cigars fresh. This may seem like a pricy product, but if you really want to keep your cigars fresh, this seems like the best option. Humidity levels are accurate and cigars will keep very well in this unit. Cigars can get expensive and you want to protect your cigars as you age them. So do it right. Buy this and 3 mega packs of Bóvedas at your humidifying preference.

Great Newair Humidor

Great product for storing multiple cigars, whether loose or boxed. Love that it allows one to keep internal temperature set at predetermined temp all year round. Don't like that occasionally humidity drops below desired humidity.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This was by far the most helpful customer service experience I've had in a VERY long time. As an officer in the military whose job is customer service I can appreciate the challenges often associated with helping customers when they have less than enjoyable experiences.... The associate was beyond helpful with not only answering questions but getting to yes to solve the issues. I love the products but it's the service that will continue to bring me back!
