Like others have mentioned, the battery for the hygrometer was dead on arrival. No big deal. Took about 4 days to season to 74% (5deg over my preferred 69% like the directions say) noticed after turning the unit on at 70 deg for 24 hrs that the thermostat is about neg 3 deg off based on a Bluetooth thermometer and a thermoworks probe. Other than that it’s dialed in at 70deg (shows 73) and 69%. Will add a few Cigars soon.

Owned the Newair 250 coming up on a year now. Highly recommend it. Keeps mupy cupigars fresh. Customer service is top much, riendly and helpful.

Fantastic Product

I am now 100% sold on Newair products. There are only good things to say aside from the fact that the hygrometer needed a replacement battery and there was a leg missing from the product. Customer service has been extremely helpful in sorting these issues out and despite these factors, I can easily rate this a 5/5.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What A Great Unit

One of the nicest looking units on the market. Seasoning took about 32 hours and is holding perfectly at 70% for me. With the option for heating and cooling, I can keep this at my desired 70F all year long without having to move it. The clear window allows me to put my contents on display for visitors to admire. The interior lighting is a very nice touch as well. Completely recommended to anyone looking to step up their cigar storage game.

Great unit for cooler climates

Well built unit that keeps consistent humidity levels. I purchased this unit to be kept in a finished basement that's usually cooler than the rest of the house. Newair has excellent customer service! They are available to answer any questions immediately and professionally.

WOW! A must Buy!

I just got my unit and WOW! I just had to replace the 3V battery for the inside Hygrometer and it works like a champ. Easy to clean and set up! I couldn't be happier. A must buy in my opinion.

Perfect size and ROCK SOLID!

I got this humidor in and put it on the counter in my bar. It looks fantastic, and I love the large glass window so I can keep check of my current stock as well as check the humidity level without opening it. I put in some 70% humidor juice in the container that comes with it and it has stayed rock solid ever since. My good buddy got the bigger version of this, and his has been just as reliable also. Thank you Newair for making amazing products at affordable prices!
