Great service

I bought my wine cooler 7 months ago and it worked great until it recently failed for some unknown reason. NewAir customer was very helpful getting the problem resolved

Nice, but 46 Bottles?

Doesn't really seem to hold 46 bottles - at least not 750ml bottles. I suppose it could hold some 375's to get it to 46, but basically it holds 24 bottles, including on the bottom below the last shelf. If you try to add any bottles in reverse direction on a shelf, they don't fit. It's a nice cooler, but maybe not accurately advertised.

Unusable

The second fridge they sent us is now sitting unplugged in our kitchen, basically being used as a shelf for our wine.
We did A LOT of research on wine fridges and settled on the Newair after reading reviews. Our primary requirement was having a low noise level. We selected this fridge and designed our new kitchen island to fit it. Upon receiving it we plugged it in and had it running for a week before we had to unplug it because we couldn’t stand the noise. We contacted Newair and they sent a replacement fridge. The new one sounded exactly like the original, so now we have an unplugged wine fridge sitting in our kitchen. Meaning we basically paid a lot of money for a shelf to keep our wine at room temperature.
We are so, so disappointed after the amount of planning that went into designing the kitchen with this particular fridge in mind, and now we can’t even use it.
I would not recommend this fridge. We are out a bunch of money and our wine is sitting there not temperature controlled.

Love this wine fridge!!!

We purchased this fridge about three years ago and we love it. My husband and I do not agree on wines (red vs. white), so having the dual temperatures was a must for us. This unit is also very quiet, we never hear it. Other great features we like are the fact that you can lock the door and the option to turn the interior lights on or off.

We've had our dual zone unit for a year and it has been working flawlessly. We recently had a small hiccup with ice build-up, but a quick and precise response from their support team got us cleared up and working again in less than a day.

Love the unit, long-term reliability a concern

Had this been the first one of these I purchased this would be a five star review. The temperature holding is great, the unit is near silent, nicely made and nice looking, and just works perfectly. Unfortunately my last one failed after about 5 years. However I enjoyed it enough to replace it with the same thing.

Beautiful Fridge

My Wife and I just re-did our kitchen and this fridge was the icing on top. It is very beautiful and quiet. It keeps all our reds and whites cool and we love it! The NewAir team is great and that's why we keep coming back!

Keeps the wine perfectly!

I purchased the newair AWR-460DB for the duel zone wine cooler capability. The unit keeps my whites perfectly at 40F and Reds at 55F.
I had a minor issue with the unit that was immediately addressed and resolved my newair.
I highly recommend there products.
