Compressor broke

The compressor seems to have broken and after calling support multiple times, they said the part was on back order. The latest time, they said they don’t repair broken compressors and my fridge is now a paper weight. They won’t repair or replace since it’s not under the one yr warranty.

Spacious and the perfect beverage fridge!

My husband and I absolutely love our wine and beverage fridge! We can't believe how much it holds and how spacious it is!!! I love the lighting and the temperature control features. It was easy to set up and user friendly.

This Fridge Died on Me after only 2 years!

I purchased this fridge thru Amazon in Oct '17 and also got the extended warranty thru Square Trade. Well about 2 years in it stopped cooling. I found out thru the service guy that this fridge uses a sealed system w/ butane and CAN NOT be safely repaired. Basically, I'm out of luck.

Nice cooler, very quiet

I researched several under-counter coolers and chose this one because the reviews said it was quiet. It is. It looks good too. The carton was missing the two screws to attach the handle and Melissa, the service rep. mailed them that day. Great service.

Great item and great customer service

I got this in the mail last week and it’s working great. Only issue is that it was a little damaged but Christina in Customer Service took care of the issues and is sending me the replacement parts.
