Great wine fridge!

This is a really nice unit with great features for the price point. I like the wood shelves but they are a bit flimsy and work best with smaller bottles. This unit is very quiet and holds temperature well. Happy with my purchase.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good value for the cost

Our existing wine cooler stopped cooling. Found the NewAir which was the same size and not as expensive as replacing with what we had. It is quiet and looks very nice. The wooden shelfing is sturdy and slides easily. It was easy for us to assemble and fit the space as per specifications.
I would recommend this to a friend!

i love my wine cooler, it's very quiet, good looking with pull out shelves. keeps wine at correct temperature. bought 3, one for myself and my daughters.

Poor customer service

The unit arrived without screws for the handle. Should be a simple remedy (ship the missing screws). Afterall, I registered the unit on the day I received it from Home Depot. After multiple calls, chats and emails it may be easier just to package up the entire unit and send the wine cooler back (but to whom?? Newair or Home Depot?!

This is a very nice wine fridge. I gave it 4 stars because of the noise it makes. Sometimes it’s very quite and sometimes it has a loud vibration. Can’t quit figure out what is making the noise.

Seems to work OK. Arrived crunched and dented. Looks bad. Unable to repackage and return so I guess I’m stuck with a dented unit. C’est la vie.

Wooden shelves flimsy. I can see them breaking easily. Missing screws for door handle. Condensation forms on outside of door if house is humid.

Thank you for sharing your honest opinion on the unit. We are looking into design the shelving structure. There can be high humidity inside the unit causing the unit to ice up.
