High quality look and feel

We have had our dual-zone wine cooler for 3 months. It runs quietly, looks great, and performs as promised. The lighting is an extra bonus and the value vs alternatives is remarkable.

Great wine fridge

After looking at many reviews for many different makes of wine fridges, I decided to buy this one for our recently remodeled kitchen. It looks great, It's quiet, maintains temperature and plenty of room for my needs. A couple of days ago I noticed there was increased noise coming from the fridge. I could tell it was coming from a circulating fan, not the compressor. I contacted Customer Service where Melissa took care of the situation by sending me a new fan. Overall I'm pleased with the product and Customer Service.

I received this Wine Refrigerator and have really been enjoying it! I love that it has dual zone cooling for the different wines that may require this. I love how there is no "eye sore" effect to this refrigerator! It's large but not bigger than it needs to be to actually hold what it says! As wine lovers in our home this has been a wonderful addition!

Beware of the Dimensions

Specifications read 32.2"H x 22.4"W --- NOT TRUE! 33 3/16" H x 23 1/2" W (nearly an inch larger on both). Other than that, still fits in my cut-out and looks great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

DO NOT BUY FROM NEWAIR

I bought this unit from Amazon and the first unit I received had a broken shelf inside the unit (somehow). The top would not cool down within 10 degrees of the setting and the bottom would be (for example) set at 60 degrees, the unit would say it is 65 degrees, but it would actually be 70 degrees. I called NewAir and asked for a refund, they said they could not do that since it's been more than 30 days (it took more than 30 days for the first unit to arrive). They offered a replacement. Pictured is the cooling temperatures of the first replacement which also could not cool to within 5-10 degrees of the setting. I then called NewAir again asking for a refund, they refused so I let them send me a single zone unit (same size). GUESS WHAT!!!! It was broken! Pictured if the control module ripped off upon arrival. Guess what else? If you set the unit to 55 degrees, the top of the unit is 55 degrees, great it's working! WRONG - the bottom of the unit is 65 degrees. The bottom of the single zone wouldn't cool within 10 degrees of the setting and the top of the unit. This company is garbage, none of their equipment works. I've had 3 units now and every single one has the same problem, none of them properly cool and they won't give a refund. Good luck with your really large, heavy paper weight if you buy from this company.

Failed after 2 years

I really like this unit. Quite. Good looking. Nice LED lights. Good enough shelves that fit most bottle sizes. Overall great use of space and design. Mine failed after 2 years. I'm not sure if it's worth fixing yet. The cold part is set for 45 but is reading 60. The warm part is set for 55 and holding 55. I could just be me and my luck. I also keep my house warm in the summer (about 77-80), so maybe that stressed the unit.
Pros: Attractive, Quiet
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love my NewAir Wine Cooler

I ended up building a cabinet for the wine cooler as it was easier than retrofitting one of the existing kitchen cabinets. Customer service was great helping me replace some of the shelves which were stained due to a leaking bottle of red wine. I am now going to put a coat of polyurathane on the shelves to protect them.

Cons: Can Not Adjust Shelving

Ordered the NewAir AWR-460DB Wine Cooler and NewAir ABR-1770 Beverage Refrigerator. The pair match excellent, maintain proper temperature and are very quiet. There was a slight blemish on the handle of the wine cooler and NewAir service department was very helpful in getting a replacement handle shipped. Great experience working the the service department.
