The unit is sleek and modern. It fits perfectly under the counter. My wines are displayed beautifully and the dual temperature is great for keeping the white wine colder and red wine at room temperature. I would recommend this unit. Great value for the money!

I liked my cooler very much but all of a sudden it seems to be collapsing to the right. As a result the door does not completely close so you get condensation. Next step is pull it out and probably replace. Not sure what the life span should be or if I can give to someone to rebuild.

Could not change doors swing

I was unable to change the direction the door would open. The screws on the bottom were so tight that the stripped and could not be removed.

Our existing wine cooler stopped cooling. Found the NewAir which was the same size and not as expensive as replacing with what we had. It is quiet and looks very nice. The wooden shelfing is sturdy and slides easily. It was easy for us to assemble and fit the space as per specifications.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We have had our dual-zone wine cooler for 3 months. It runs quietly, looks great, and performs as promised. The lighting is an extra bonus and the value vs alternatives is remarkable.
