Does not hold the temps

From the first time we plugged it in, it wouldn’t hold the temp that we would set it to.

Love this new wine fridge - delivered without issue and so far operates well. We are enjoying our whites and reds! Works perfectly as a built in as well.

Great Wine Cooler

I purchased my wine cooler in October 2020. I had about 40 bottles of wine. This was the perfect wine cooler for all the bottles I had. I had several red and white wines. The dual zone was awesome. Because I could keep the whites at one temp and reds at a different temp. One of best purchase I made. I had to call in once for some technical issues. Shanice was able to quickly help me resolve my issue. She was courteous and very helpful.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have one in my house for 4 years and just brought another one for my condo. Good product, but when cooling, the fan is just a bit loud. Otherwise keeps the temp both top and bottom spot on.
I would recommend this to a friend!

1st class wine service at home

This 46 Bottle Dual Zone Wine Fridge, was purchased to replace an old single zone unit. The build quality for the Newair is 1st rate. They provided clear instructions and hardware for a simple change to the direction the door opens. Once installed, its fairly easy to set up the duel zones. We had a fully inventory of wine to put in it, and the sliding beech wood shelves are very functional and classic to look at. The interior blue lighting is wonderful and very adequate to make the labels easy to read. Once loaded, and the wine was un-chilled it took the unit several hours to get to its set operating temperatures with only a fan sound perceptible. Once it reached the set temperatures, it got even quieter. Now after a week of usage and a sampling of a red and white wine, we are thrilled. We are extremely happy with the purchase and it makes enjoying a glass of wine at home temperature perfect! It's a beautiful appliance, well thought out in design, quiet, and functionally works perfectly.

This fridge has been perfect maintaining consistent and accurate temperatures in the upper and lower sections. It runs extremely quietly as well. We think it looks very stylish in our wine/coffee bar.

Great while it last not worth it

Unit is good but only while it last. No approved licenned repair compainied in Dallas Texa? Support line does not answer phone during designated hours of operation. If you dont mind a constant cycling of a compressor running go for it. It is an average cost unit look for something better
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
