This is a really nice unit with great features for the price point. I like the wood shelves but they are a bit flimsy and work best with smaller bottles. This unit is very quiet and holds temperature well. Happy with my purchase.

I’ve had this wine fridge 4 years now and couldn’t be happier. The dual climate still works as great as the day I got it. It looks great in my wine bar area of my kitchen. It being very quiet is an added bonus. I can’t ever hear it.

Love the product. I have had for 2.5 years, dual zone is always right on set temp. No noise ever. Have had others but generally filled with problems. I have a small issue right now that Newair is being very helpful in solving. Would buy again when time comes. Technician was very helpful.

We've had it for 2 years and it's been great. Just had to purchase a new seal, but it was not expensive. The shelves may be a little tight for the fatter bottle shapes, but even still you can fit a bunch of wine it it.

Quiet and looks great!

When searching for a built in wine fridge for my kitchen island, I wanted something with dual temp zones and wooden shelves. This fits exactly what I was looking for and looks great! In my opinion, the wine even tastes better when stored in the correct temp zone. After about 9 months of having the fridge, I had to reach out to customer service because it was not cooling properly. I also noticed the noise from the condenser suddenly became quite loud. (Typically this fridge is very quite and I never notice any type of noise coming from it.) The rep who assisted me from Newair was so helpful and professional. I am currently waiting for a replacement to arrive, but can attest that their customer service was top notch.
I would recommend this to a friend!
