Nice wine cooler until your dog breaks the door glass

Purchased the wine cooler over a year ago and has been a great product. Recently the dog somehow broke the glass in the door so I contacted customer service at Newair and they were very helpful in replacing the door. Thought it was going to be a headache but Charles at customer service was very helpful in finding a replacement door for my wine cooler.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It looks nice from the outside, the blue light gives a nice touch and it keeps your wine cool so from a functional and appearance perspective no issues. BUT...the wood shelves are weak and do not slide in and out easily and smoothly and there is no way you can fit 46 bottles as bottles come in different sizes today and it's been hard for me to even fit more than 40.

Good wine fridge for the money. Pull-outs are wood lined, which I like; Controls are easy to use; Lighting is good; Dual zone is nice for keeping my white wine colder than the reds.

This NewAir Compressor Wine Cooler keeps my wines at perfect temperatures. It is very easy to use, the controls are very visible and easy to adjust. The removable wooden racks makes it very convenient to clean the inside when needed. Overall one great wine cooler.

I loved this wine fridge at first...but then it died 5 months later. I reached out to customer support and was told I need a new pc board. Really?!? And then I was told I couldn't get the part for about 4 months. They also told me I can't get the pc board anywhere else. Piece of garbage, don't waste your money. I would have given zero stars but I had to give one to start the review.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
