Poor customer service

The unit arrived without screws for the handle. Should be a simple remedy (ship the missing screws). Afterall, I registered the unit on the day I received it from Home Depot. After multiple calls, chats and emails it may be easier just to package up the entire unit and send the wine cooler back (but to whom?? Newair or Home Depot?!

New Air Quality!!

I have been using New Air products for years and purchased this wine fridge over a year ago. It's exactly as described with ample room and beauty. We built it into our bar at home and its functionality and its beautiful design helps this piece stand out while delivering on quality. New Air continues to provide outstanding service in all forms!

Nice Wine Cooler

This wine fridge looks great and is quiet. The unit dimensions were as noted so it fits our cabinet perfectly. I also love the interior light that makes the inside blue. Great fridge for the money.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Beautiful Fridge

My Wife and I just re-did our kitchen and this fridge was the icing on top. It is very beautiful and quiet. It keeps all our reds and whites cool and we love it! The NewAir team is great and that's why we keep coming back!

Just received my new NewAir wine cooler yesterday and had some questions about the unit. I called their Customer Support number and was fortunate to get Seymone on the line. She was not sure about the question I asked so asked if I would not mind holding while she ran to their showroom to check things out and get the answer for me. Literally, when Seymone returned to the phone, I knew she literally ran because she was out of breath! And, she had the answer to my question! I come from a Customer Service background and in today's world when Customer Service seems to be lacking, Seymone and NewAir confirmed that it still exist and in a most respectable way! Thank you Seymone!!! Your service left me with a warm and appreciative smile!!

I bought my wine cooler 7 months ago and it worked great until it recently failed for some unknown reason. NewAir customer was very helpful getting the problem resolved
