The wine fridge is excellent!! It is user friendly and not hard to use at all. Love the design and the sleek look. Only issue was switching door to the other side.

First let me say customer service is the best. Fast efficient friendly and best of all, they answer the phone almost on first ring (unheard of today). They resolved my issue fast and efficiently. Now for the cooler -it is beautiful and for someone like me with great hearing its the quietest wine cooler you can buy. I can't hear a thing. Dual zones as well. Just a beauty.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Had this been the first one of these I purchased this would be a five star review. The temperature holding is great, the unit is near silent, nicely made and nice looking, and just works perfectly. Unfortunately my last one failed after about 5 years. However I enjoyed it enough to replace it with the same thing.

OUTSTANDING Customer Support

I am not in a position to evaluate the performance of the cooler at this time. I can say that I am extremely impressed with the 2 individuals I have worked with in getting my damaged unit replaced. Both Christine who I spoke with on 12/14 and Freda on 12/11were extremely helpful, and professional in resolving my issues. I had ordered and received my unit about 6 weeks ago and it remained boxed until Monday which exceeded the warranty period for reporting the damages. They understood my dilemma and immediately worked to resolve this to my satisfaction which was to have a a new one sent out today. I couldn't have asked for anything more.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Don't waste your money - compressor failed < 2 years in

Compressor failed in 2 years, Newair's customer support response was "you have to buy an entirely new fridge it is outside the 1 year warranty". Save yourself, buy a higher quality product!!!
